New Chair yoga class on Thursdays at 10 a.m at Chiddingfold Village Hall We practice both seated and standing postures and aim to improve strength, balance and flexibility as well as increase general feelings of well being. We enjoy all the benefits of yoga without having to get down onto the mat. It's a gentle class with movement, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. £10 per class, including a recording if you would like to practice between classes.
