This yoga class uses fundamentals of Hatha, a gentle traditional style of yoga. The class is suitable for beginners and intermediates. Positions incorporates a whole body stretch with positions that include laying, seated and sometimes standing with a long but progressive warm up. Sometimes we may include some yin yoga (static positions) restorative yoga that realigns posture. Twenty minutes of the end of the class is always dedicated to relaxation and meditation, lowering the heart rate and stress levels. Classes are taken in low light with coloured LED candles and music.
